Patients with Dental Insurance

We request that you provide current dental insurance information at the time of your first visit. Please bring your dental insurance card(s) with you. As a courtesy, dental insurance claims will be submitted without charge.

Please understand that dental insurance is your coverage, not ours, and we cannot guarantee any payments by your company. You are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

Full payment of deductible and estimated co-payments are expected before or at completion of treatment. For your convenience we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard and Debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo.

Most dental insurance companies will respond within 4-6 weeks. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. If there is a remaining balance you will be sent a billing statement. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.

Patients with No Dental Insurance

Full payment is due at the time services are rendered. We offer a 5% discount for full payments made with check or cash when no insurance is being billed. For your convenience we also accept Visa and MasterCard and Debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo. 

Please note the discount does not apply to payments made with Credit or Debit cards.
